Why truth speakers and the spiritually powerful shatter false equilibriums

There is usually an illusory state of equilibrium in every environment. Human activities and power can sometimes appear balanced even when they are not. This is the truth of most environments where human relationships shape dynamics including friendships, workplaces, family dynamics etc. In these environments there are usually unspoken rules that govern the facade of peace, equality, or stability. We ought not to speak about this or that topic, we ought to play nice and not rub each other the wrong way, we ought to cover up cracks and disagreements swiftly with fake smiles and silly jokes.

I fondly refer to this kind of dynamic as being broadly governed by a whole lot of kumbaya. This does not mean that disagreements do not overtly happen in these environments, on the contrary, it is precisely because  the members of these dynamics are subconsciously aware of the deep cracks and disharmony that so much effort goes into trying to hold them together.

When the truth teller or the spiritually powerful enter these spaces they tend to collapse on themselves, usually with very little intentional effort from the spiritually powerful. This is because, by nature, the spiritually powerful carries an essence that brings all falsehood to the surface, thus unintentionally challenging corrupt power structures. The spiritually powerful has an essence that is extremely polarizing. People can’t help but have visceral reactions to you whatever that reaction may be - admiration, envy, sexual attraction, obsession etc. By your essence alone, you bring out whatever people have been hiding within themselves and they are usually not ready to confront this because they have been relying on a false sense of equilibrium to maintain an illusion of stability.

This is why the spiritually powerful may be targeted in the workplace and friendship groups. You will most likely be the first to know who has ill intentions, who has manipulative or perverted tendencies, and who is intimidated. I have abruptly left friendship dynamics and work environments  when I realized that people had very wicked intentions for me. Even though nobody else could tell, or perhaps they would not want to acknowledge it, I always knew it would be the best decision for me. When these individuals make up their minds and pledge allegiance to lower, denser forces to wreak havoc on your life they rarely play nice!

Rarely do other people who may not have as much of a polarizing nature see the truth of what people are and can sometimes become intentionally or unintentionally complicit in keeping up the facade. However, when the spiritually powerful arrives, there is no hiding. The Most High and higher forces will always reveal what is deeply hidden to the spiritually powerful. Until the spiritually powerful arrives, everyone is ‘normal’ and ‘nice’, however, when they arrive suddenly the deepest, darkest aspects of these individuals surface. Suddenly, most people become borderline psychopaths willing to conspire against the spiritually powerful with lower forces.

The truth is, equilibrium and stability don’t really exist in human relations. People always have their personal ambitions, insecurities, doubts, fears that is usually covered up by an illusion of ‘sameness’. We both have an interest in x and y activity therefore we are the same or in the same category. In reality, people can feel difference. This phenomenon itself is embedded in nature. The lion knows the gazelle is not of its own so it can freely hunt it. The ugly duckling’s ‘mother’ could not reconcile the differences between the duckling and the rest of her children so she rejected it. Heck, the entire systems of slavery, colonialism, patriarchy was based on one groups inability to conceive and accept that the other group has a different way of living.

Reckoning with difference is not about domination or control, it’s about creating space for those who are different to thrive. However, the morally corrupt and decrepit will always favour keeping their illusions together by any means necessary, even if this means abusing and ousting the spiritually powerful.
